1 Hotel Brooklyn Bridge Launch

A fully fledged concept to launch the 1 Hotel flagship property at the Brooklyn Bridge in Dumbo to both 1) introduce itself to the local community, and 2) establish itself as a brand that is serious about sustainability. A thick binder of supplemental research, specific recommendations, and budgets was also prepared for the client.
