American Sustainable Business Network (ASBN) Policy Summit

The ASBN Policy Summit is the continuation of the American Sustainable Business Council Policy Summit, post organizational merger. This is a 2-day, in-person event in Washington DC starting with a full day of conference programming on topical policy issues. Day 2 is a day of lobbying on Capitol Hill. Attendees have the opportunity to connect with Administration leaders, network with fellow leaders in business and regenerative capital, and discuss important policy messages on Capitol Hill.

I was responsible for the Policy Summit’s Branding; Planning; Creating and Managing Budgets; Securing venues, vendors, volunteers; Contract negotiation; Program & agenda managment; Creating run-of-shows; Décor; Directing A/V; Managing event supply inventory; Organizing event staff & volunteers pre and during event; Promotional Communications; Ticketing strategy; Creating and selling sponsorship packages; On-Site Coordination; Serving as VIP point person; Post-event reporting.

For this event, I worked in collaboration with ASBN’s policy team who dictated the event positioning, content, and speakers.
