Staff Retreats

I have planned a staff retreat for the American Sustainable Business Network and two Edelman Business + Social Purpose Global Practice Retreats. The value of doing staff retreats is irrefutable - especially for ASBN as a remote organization and for Edelman’s internationally spread Business + Social Purpose Global Practice team.

For Edelman’s retreats, I was responsible for venue selection, food & beverage direction, event logistics (transportation, agendas), and creation of all event materials (binders, decks). Both were hosted in the tri-state area.

I selected a location midway for all staff, Philadelphia, as ASBN’s staff retreat location. I was responsible for everything above plus setting the agenda and exercises in the Collective Visioning-style, plus facilitation.
